摘要
目的 以社区健康促进模式为理论框架 ,调查分析社区护士掌握的知识与技能等 ,探讨社区护士培训模式。方法 对 10 8名社区护士和 2 0名管理人员进行问卷调查。结果 社区护士熟练掌握疾病护理中家庭护理的相关知识与技能 ,对疾病护理、疾病预防和健康照顾三方面的大多数知识与技能掌握不够。结论 社区护士必须加强培训 ;
To analyze the current status of knowledge and skills of community nurses based on the theoretical frame of the Community Health Promotion Model so as to establish a training model for them.Methods A questionnaire investigation was made of the current status of knowledge and skills of community nurses in 108 community nurses and 20 administrative personnel who were working in community health centers in Shanghai.Results Community nurses had a sound master of nursing knowledge and skills in home care , but their knowledge and skills about disease care, disease prevention and health promotion were not sufficient.Conclusion Training of community nurses should be intensified, and the training program should shift its focus from disease care to disease prevention and health promotion.
