摘要
目的 为优化护士职业心理品质、提高护士的综合素质提供客观依据。方法 对 31名长期在临床一线 ,并深受患者称赞的护士进行了人格特质、诚实度、成就动机三方面的测量。结果 31名被试在人格特质和性格类型、诚实度以及成就动机三方面显现出良好心理特点。结论 31名被试的心理特点可成为护理管理者优化护士心理素质的重要依据 ;按“人 岗匹配”原则科学选拔护士、使用护士 ,对发挥护士个体潜质 ,顺利实现职业角色化、优化职业心理素质有积极效应。
To provide evidence for enhancing professional psychological quality and mixed ability in nurses. Methods Personal trait, type of character, integrity and achievement motivation were tested in 31 nurses who had had long working history as clinical nurses and won high praise from patients.Results All these nurses showed fine psychological features in the following four aspects: personal trait, type of characters, integrity and achievement motivation.Conclusion Psychological characters from tested nurses provided important basis for managers to improve mentality of nurses. According to the rule of 'human position match', selecting and employing nurses well could make positive contributions to bringing out latent potentialities of nurses, helping them to enter the professional role and advancing their psychological quality.
