摘要
实施教育督导,旨在确保教学质量,促进教学水平提高。课堂教学是学生获取知识掌握理论的主渠道和主阵地。因而教师课堂教学的内容、方法和规范则是教学督导的关键所在。教学督导方式方法多样,最为重要的是搞好课堂教学评估,以评促改、以评促建,不断推进教学质量的持续提高。
Higher colleges have paid close attention to carrying out the supervision of instruction and control,and seting up an ensured system of quality. This article briefly discusses why, what and how to supervise in the classroom instruction for the supervisors of instruction.
