摘要
目的 探讨二维超声和彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)对宫角妊娠的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法 对 13例经手术与病理证实的宫角妊娠患者超声资料作回顾性分析。结果 根据二维图像将宫角妊娠分为三种类型 :妊娠囊型 (2例 ) ,混合型 (8例 ) ,陈旧型 (3例 )。CDFI对宫角妊娠的血流检出率为 84.6% ,以混合型者血流信号检出率最高 ,达到 10 0 % (8 8)。阻力指数 0 .40～ 0 .46。
Objective To research the value of 2-dimension ultrasound(2-DUS) and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)for the diagnosis of pregnancy of corner uteri.Methods we retrospectively studied the features of 2-DUS and CDFI of 13 cases that had pregnancy in corner uteri confirmed by surgery or pathology.Results The features of 2-DUS mainly showed as embryo type(2cases),mixed echo type(8cases) and old type(3cases).The detection rate of blood flow signal of it on CDFI was 84.6% with RI from 0.4 to 0.46 which was the highest for the mixed type (up to 100%).Conclusion 2-DUS and CDFI are simple and convenient ways for the diagnosis of pregnancy of corner uteri.
