摘要
本文概述了中华人民共和国成立初期 ( 1 94 9- 1 958) ,以郑振铎为代表的有识之士和我国政府主管部门抢救和保护中华文献典籍的业绩 ,指出正是由于这时期卓有成效的努力 ,使得许多线装古籍和珍贵的旧刊旧报免于毁失。
This paper presents the outstanding achievements of saving and protecting the Chinese ancient books and records by the men of insight such as Mr Zheng Zhenduo and the government departments responsible for the work,and points out that as result of their hard work many Chinese ancient books,precious old periodicals and newspapers have avoided destruction and loss.
