摘要
本文认为知识经济环境下图书馆知识服务产生变化 ,并运用服务营销理念 ,从读者满意战略、服务产品、服务质量三个方面阐述了知识经济条件下的图书馆知识服务。
This paper has an idea that library knowledge services have changed under the knowledge -based economy enwironment,and interprets the library knowledge services under the circumstances of the knowledage -based economy by using the sense of the service selling from three aspects of the readers' satisfied strategy,service products and quality.
