摘要
介绍了催化蒸馏新技术在清洁燃料生产过程中的应用,主要包括甲醇与异丁烯和异戊烯醚化合成MTBE及TAME,异丁烷/丁烯烷基化,烷基化和醚化原料的加氢精制、C_5/C_6正构烷烃异构化,FCC汽油加氢脱硫,重整汽油苯加氢饱和及烷基化脱苯等催化蒸馏工艺技术,并进行了述评。
Catalytic distillation technologies for producing clean fuels are introduced and reviewed. These are etherification of methanol with iso-butylene and iso-amylene to produce MTBE and TAME respectively, alkylation of isobutane with butylene, hydrofining the feeds of etherification and alkylation, isomerization of normal pentane and hexane, hydrodesulfurization of FCC naphtha, and hy-drogenation and alkylation of benzene in reforming gasoline, etc.
