摘要
对在国内和国外的企业,其经营存在着很大的不同,经营在海外的企业应特别重视劳资双方的关系。本文拟以中色建设非洲矿业公司几年来在赞比亚矿的经营实践为例,探讨一下经营海外矿山的企业人力资源管理与劳资关系处理中的问题对策。
There exist stocking differences between domestic and overseas enterprise management . Overseas enterprise management attachs most importance to the relationship between labour and capital. Proceeding from managerial practice of the management of a copper mining enterprise ( registered in Zambia) of China Nonferrous Construction of Africa Mining Industry Co. Limited, the problems cropped up in the course of handling relationship between labour and capital are exploratorily discussed and the counter-measures thereof are presented in this paper.
