摘要
用实验室模拟的氨氮废水 ,研究了用浮选法去除氨氮沉淀过程中生成的磷酸铵镁的捕收剂。试验的捕收剂有十二烷基脂肪酸、十四烷基脂肪酸、十六烷基脂肪酸、十二烷基磺酸钠、油酸钠五种 ,考察了不同浮选pH值和不同药剂添加量时的浮选效果 ,结果表明用上述五种药剂都可以实现磷酸铵镁的浮选去除 ,但不同药剂有不同的浮选效果。油酸钠是最佳捕收剂。
The collectors used to float magnesium ammonium phosphate formed in the precipitation of ammonium from wastewater are investigated with a model water sample. The reagents studied include dodecanoic acid, teradecanoic acid, palmitic acid, sodium dodecylsulfonate and sodium oleate. The results show that all reagents can collect the magnesium ammonium phosphate, but the remove rate of magnesium ammonium phosphate depends on the flotation pH and the dosage of reagents. The best collector is sodium oleate.
