摘要
根据挤出熔融模型用解析法计算熔融速率,预测螺杆的塑化能力。并以交联低密度聚乙烯为例,介绍如何进行计算,然后将计算结果与实验数据进行比较分析,证实了解析计算方法的可靠性。
This paper introduces an analytical melting model for extrusion to calculate the melting rate and predict the meltingcapacity of screw. The comparison with expermental results shows the reliability of the analytical method.
