本文简述了日本畜产环境污染的种类、现状和发生的原因;处理对策包括:制定防治畜产环境污染的法律和法规,资助改善、保护畜产环境设施的养殖、研究和技术开发,并建议学习日本畜产环境保护立法和粪尿处理的先进技术。
The Paper briefly describes the kinds, current situation and causes of livestock husbandry environmental pollution in Japan. It also summarizes the countermeasures, including the establishment of the law and regulations on controlling livestock husbandry environmental pollution, aid of improring livestock husbandry en ironmental pollution, protection facilities research and development on the techniques of disposing livstock fecal sewage and strench, etc. In view of Chinese pratical situation, the author suggests learning from Japanese linestock husbandry environmental legislation and the advanced fecal treatment techniques.
