摘要
通过对转炉过程分析,提出当铁水Si含量大于0.9%时,双渣操作可减少吹炼过程中炉内渣量,从而减少喷溅,降低消耗,改善钢质。
Based on the analysis on the process of slag forming, this paper put forward that double slag operation can decrease the slag content in converter in blowing process, cut down the consumption and rinprove the quality of steel in the range of si>0. 9 % in hot metal.
