摘要
自1982年中国海洋石油工业全方位对外开放以来,油气勘探效率大幅度提高,石油储量快速增长,为海上油气田开发提供了坚实的物质基础,保证了海上油气田的高效开发和原油产量的持续高速增长.近20年来,30个油气田建成投产,海上油气田的开发模式在实践中逐步形成.在主力油田已进入高含水期的油田开发调整阶段,必须依靠科技进步夺取更高的经济效益,而提高采收率研究应放在油田开发研究的首位.
Since China offshore petroleum industry was wholly opened up to foreign companies in 1982,a great improvement of exploration efficiency and a rapid growth of oil reserves have been achieved,providing a substantial base of resources and ensuring efficient development of offshore fields and continuously rapid increase of oil production.30 oil fields were built and brought into production,and a development model of offshore fields has been taking shape in recent 20 years.During an adjustment period of development when the main oilfields have been in a high water cut stage,to gain in profitability has to depend on advances of science and technology,in which an enhanced oil recovery should be put in the first place in oilfield development studies.
