摘要
对粤北野菜资源作初步的调查梳理 ,以便合理开发利用。通过调查 ,发现粤北山区有着丰富的具有开发价值的野菜资源。在粤北常见的野菜类中 ,人们仅仅食用其中的十多种 (除竹类和菌类 ) ,主要是十字花科、菊科、百合科以及蕨类植物的某些种类。可见粤北野菜资源的开发利用存在着较大的空白点和巨大的潜力 ,应进行适当合理地科学地引用驯化和选育 ,以适应蔬菜市场的新需要。
In order to rationally develope and utilize the edible wiold herbs resources in Guangdong,the author investigated initially these natuaral resources.After investigation the author found abundant edible wild herb resources which of exploitalion. People now only take about ten species(exception Bambusoideae and Fungi)for food among more than eighty species.The About ten species mainly belong to Cruciferae,Composite,Liliaceous and Pteridophyta.So we should rationally and scientifically introduce and cultivate these edible wild herbs to meet the needs of the vegetable market.
