摘要 通过CFD计算求得了 4 91QE电控汽油机的进气门流量系数 ,并与试验数据进行了对比 ,分析了误差的产生原因。分别用计算和试验得到的流量系数对发动机进行了循环模拟 ,计算了发动机在额定点和最大扭矩点进气总管管内的压力波和气体流量 。 This paper used CFD to calclate the inlet valve follow coefficient of 491QE electronic controlled petrol engine,compared the experiment values to the calculation values,and analyzed the reasons for the deviation between experiment and calculation values.With flow coefficients attained from CFD calculation and experiment,engine cycle simulations were conducted respectively.The pressure in the main inlet pipe and mass flow were calculated at maximum torque point and rated point respectively.The deviations are acceptable.So utilizing CFD to calculate ICE valve flow coefficient is feasible.
