共轨蓄压式喷油系统电控单元的软硬件设计

摘要 对电控单元的硬件和软件进行了设计 ,包括抗干扰设计。通过将共轨蓄压式电控喷油系统与 115 0G单缸机的匹配试验 ,验证了电控单元的可靠性和精确性。 The reliability of the electronic control unit is the important insurance of realizing good matching between the common rail accumulator type electronic control injection system and diesel engine. In this paper, hardware and software of ECU is designed. In the meantime, their anti interference is analysed. The matching experiment between the common rail accumulator type electronic control injection system and the 1150 G single cylinder diesel engine indicates the reliability and precision of the electronic control unit.
