摘要
设计了一种滚轮缠绕式残膜回收机 ,利用分布在滚轮边缘上的拾膜弹齿将田间的残膜拾起并缠绕储存在滚轮上。该机具将拾膜与储膜融于一体 ,略去了输膜过程 ,在配置割刀或犁的情况下 ,可进行割茬或起垄与收膜的联合作业。其特点是结构简单、操作维护方便 ,回收大根茬作物的残膜具有良好的效果 ,残膜收净率 85～ 90。
A used plastic film collector machine in the form of idler wheel enwind was developed. Using the tooth distributed on the idler wheel to pickup the used plastic film. It is useful to pickup the used plastic film with big root. This machine collect the pickup and collection, and omit transporting the film. If collocat knife and plough, the collector can cut off the root and plough soil. It have characteristics of structure simpleness and operation and maintenance convenience. 85 %-90% of used plastic film can be cleaned by this machine.
