摘要
[背景 ]通过分析近 5年间带状疱疹的发病情况 ,探讨各种因素对病情、治疗效果的影响 .[病例报告 ]5年间的带状疱疹住院病例为 2 2 0例 ,其中男 10 4例 ,女 116例 ;年龄 9～ 75岁 ;病程 3～ 2 0d .[讨论 ]年龄、病程及用药对病情、治疗效果及并发症的发生有很大的影响 ,应重视这些因素 ,以减少并发症的发生 ,提高治疗水平 .
BACKGROUNDTo discuss effects of various fa ctors for state of an illness and therapeutic effects by reviewing the data of h erpes zoster happened around 5 year.CASE REPORTOf 220 cases of herpes zoster in hospital about 5 years, 116 cases were female and 104 cases male, and the age was from 9 to 75 years old and the course of disease was from 3 to 20 days.DISCUSSIONThe status of disease, therapeutic effects and complications were influenced by the factors of age, drug and course of disease, therefore these factors should be recognized to reduce incidence rat e of complications and improve the treatment quality.
