摘要
[背景 ]探讨微创的阑尾切除方法 .[病例报告 ]行 2 0 0例阑尾小切口切除术 ,术后 12h内恢复肠蠕动者 12 5例 ( 6 2 5 % ) ,12～ 2 4h内恢复者 5 2例 ( 2 6 0 % ) ,2 4h以后恢复者 2 3例 ( 11 5 % ) ;切口感染者 5例 ( 2 5 % ) .[讨论 ]微创阑尾切除术具损伤小、恢复快及切口感染率低等优点 ,建议对具备适应症者行微创阑尾切除术 .
BACKGROUNDTo study on the method of minu te wound of appendectomy.CASE REPORTIn 200 cases of minute inc ision of appendectomy, 125 (62.5%) cases recovered peristalsis in 12 hours af ter operation, 52 (26.0%) cases in 12～24 hours and 23 (11.5%) cases after 24 hour s, and 5 (2.5%) cases were infected on the incision site.DISCUSSION Minute wound of appendectomy has many advantages of slight injury, ra pid recovery of peristalsis, low rate of infection of incisional wound, etc, and patients who have the indications were advised to perform the minute wound of appendectomy.dp
