摘要
本文对不同抗感品种感染污点病菌后,植株体内防御酶系过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的变化进行了初步研究。研究结果表明,接种后,抗、感病品种的POD、PPO、PAL的活性均呈先升后降的趋势,抗病品种POD、PAL二种酶活性达到高峰的时间均比感病品种早,但病菌侵染寄主植物后,PAL在植株体内的反应比POD快。抗、感品种体内PAL分别在接种后第1天和第2天达到酶活性高峰,POD分别在接种后第3天和第4天达到高峰,而PPO活性同时在接种第2天酶活性达到高峰,但抗病品种的PPO高峰期酶活性值比感病品种高。建议在品种抗病性鉴定中,可初步以PPO做为该病抗病鉴定的生理指标。
The activities of PPO、POD、PAL were tested at different varieties inoculated Cladosporium cladosporioides. The results showed that the activities of PPO、POD、PAL gone up at first and then came down. The time that activity climax of POD、PAL in resistant variety was earlier than that of susceptible variety. But the reaction of PAL in different variety was quicker than PPO. The time that the activity climax of POD in different varieties was the same. The peak value of PPO was higher than the one of PAL in resistant variety. It was suggested that it is better to test the activity of PPO to identify the resistance of variety.
