摘要
选取三组健康鸡,每组5只,平均体重分别为1.75±0.22 kg,1.8±0.24 kg,1.83±0.25 kg。未攻毒组为对照组,口服敌百虫、敌敌畏为攻毒组。口服三次敌百虫,口服一次敌敌畏,口服后,隔7 h采取血液,测定血中ChE、LDH、ALT、AST、RBC的变化。结果表明:攻毒组血清胆碱酯酶活性极显著地低于对照组,随着剂量的增多,时间的延长,胆碱酯酶的活性越来越低。但攻毒组血清LDH、ALT、AST、RBC值无显著变化。
chickens were randomly divided into three groups, and per group 5, their average weights are 1.750.22 kg,1.8?.24 kg,1.830.25 kg respectively. Control group was not given orally toxic drug, toxic groups were orally administrated by Dipterex for three times per 24 hours and once for DDV, after administration, blood samples were collected in three groups for ChE、LDH、ALT、AST、RBC. Results showed:Serum CHE activity in test groups was significantly lower than control group(P<0.01). Serum ChE activity was lower in test group with increasing amount of poisoning dosage. But there were not significant alteration for Serum LDH、ALT、AST and RBC among all groups.
