玉米不同基因型对氮营养胁迫的反应 被引量:27

摘要 在低氮土壤上,对7个玉米基因型的氮胁迫反应进行了研究。结果表明,不同玉米基因型对氮胁迫反应存在明显的差异。在缺氮条件下,地上部干重、籽粒产量和吸氮量都呈下降趋势,但敏感基因型下降幅度比迟钝基因型大。耐低氮能力差的品种对氮肥反应敏感。试验鉴定出京科132和农大108不仅耐低氮能力强,而且在缺氮和正常供氮条件下,地上部干重和籽粒产量都较高,是进行玉米耐氮胁迫遗传育种研究的良好材料。 Nitrogen(N) stress on seven maize genotypes were researched in soil of lower N. The results showed that there was significant difference among genotypes in N stress. Biomass of aerial part, grain yield and N uptake decreased more or less in N stress, and the range of sensitive genotypes was bigger than dull genotype. JingKe 132 and NongDa 108 not only have higher capacity of tolerance to low N in this experiment, but also have higher biomass of aerial part grain yields in suitable and lack of N. They are fit genotypes employed for genetic and breeding researches on tolerating short of N.
