摘要
提出了城市污水处理厂效益评价方法,建立了以投资费用、运行费用、管理水平、处理效果等作为基本依据的效益评价指数模型。并以此模型对 JL 市几个污水处理厂的效益进行了评价。
The method of evaluating municipal sewage disposal plant in bene-fit is suggested,and the exponential models of beneficial evaluation are established based on things:investment cost,operating cost,con-rol level,processing effect,which are used to evaluate several sewage desposal plants in Jilin city in benefit.
