摘要 目的 提取芦荟多糖,并对其进行定性定量分析。方法 采用水提醇沉法提取芦荟多糖,用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖粗提物中的总糖含量,并对之进行红外光谱分析,利用气相色谱确定芦荟多糖的组成及摩尔比。结果 芦荟多糖主要由甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成,摩尔比为15.8:10:1.4,总糖含量为64.70%。结论 为芦荟多糖的进一步开发利用提供一定的理论基础。 Purpose Aloe polysaccharide was extracted, and then identified and quantified by derivatiza-tion.Methods The content of total polysaccharide was determined with phenol-sulfuric acid. In addition, it was analyzed by IR spectroscopy. The resulting derivatives were identified and quantified by GC. Results Aloe polysaccharide mainly consisted of mannose, glucose and galaclose with molar ratio of 15 . 8:1.0:1.4. The content of total polysaccharide was 64.70% . Conclusion The research could provide a theoretical foundation for further development and utilization.
