摘要
物流控制是生产现场管理的工作重点 ,是控制生产成本的重要手段。介绍了生产过程中物流平衡的内容、方法和作用 ,提出了搞好物流平衡的几点措施。
Material flow control is working key of production site management and important means of controlling production cost. This paper introduces the content, method and effect of material flow balance in production, puts forward some measures for making a good job of material flow balance.
