摘要
可持续发展是一种全新的社会发展观,它不单纯追求产值的增长,无限制地向大自然索取,而是强调协调发展,进入良性循环。国家应改变传统的考核指标,制定硬性标准,加强对社会特别是企业在环境保护、资源利用方面的评价、考核。文章就构建适应可持续发展需要的统计指标体系作一些探讨。
Sustainable development is a kind of completely new concept of social development. It doesn' t concentrate on the increase of output value alone or exact limitlessly from the nature. It lays stress on the coordinated development, thus sound circle is reached. A country should change its traditional examination index, make rigid criteria, and strengthen the social examination and assessment of the enterprises' environmental protection and resource exploitation. This paper has probed into the construction of the sustainable developing statistic index system.
