摘要
森林是陆地生态系统的主体,是人类社会发展的重要条件,是生态建设的一个重要组成部分。由于自然因素和人为因素的影响,森林的各类灾害影响着国民经济的持续发展。从生态学、自然资源学、灾害学的观点入手,分析了中国森林的基本现状,探讨了森林灾害对生态系统的影响,根据2001～2010年、2011～2030年、2031～2050年全国森林覆盖率达到19.5%、24%、26%的要求,提出了抗灾防灾的对策,为森林生态系统的恢复与重建提供新的思路。
Forest is the main body of the ecosystem of the land. It is an important condition of the development of the human society. It is also an important component of ecological construction. Owing to some natural factors and artificial factors, varied forest calamities have influenced the continual development of national economy. According to the viewpoint of ecology, natural resources and calamity, this paper has analyzed the current conditions of the forest in China, discussed the influences of forest calamity to ecosystem, presented some counter-measures against calamity based on the requirement of the national forest coverage ratio, and advanced new thought of the recovering and reconstructing the forest ecosystem.
