This essay tries to call talents with mixed abilities in the modern times. It analyses the effects gained in both classes and libraries respectively in the process of bringing up talents. It lays emphasis on the important role played by libraries in the times of knowledge economy. It also expounds the approaches of bringing up talents by using libraries.
