摘要
本文认为图书馆深层开发信息资源的内在机制在于促进人类一般信息向具有明确方向性的序列化的知识信息、情报信息的顺利转换,概要提出在网络环境下图书馆对信息资源的深层次开发,应把重点放在开发信息资源的智力性资源、预测性资源、网络资源的开发,以及用户对信息资源利用所表现出来的能力性资源等多个层面上。
This thesis holds the opinion that the inner mechanism for further development of library informa tion resources lies in the promotion of smooth transformation from common information of human beings to clearly oriented serialized knowledge information and intelligence information. It briefly presents that further de velopment of information resources in the library under the environment of network should lay stress on the de velopment of intelligence resources, predictive resources and network resources, and on capacity resource re vealed by the users through the application of informational resources.
