摘要
介绍了暖风机电机机盖结构特点及主要技术要求,在对零件的成型重难点进行分析的基础上,提出了机盖级进模成型工艺、工序布置及级进模模具结构。
The structure characters and the main technique requirement of the motor cover in convector are introduced,after analyzed the key and difficulty in forming the parts,the forming processes,steps order and die structure of the progressive die are put forward.
