摘要 考察了影响脂肪醇一步法催化胺化合成N,N-二甲基十二烷基叔胺的几个主要因素。试验结果表明,催化剂用量应为脂肪醇质量的1.5%~3.5%,较合适的反应温度为190~210℃,最好先低温后高温(190℃下反应2 h,210℃下反应3 h)。反应过程中氢气的分压不能太低,当氢气分压与二甲胺的体积流量相近时,对该反应有利。 The main factors affecting catalytic animation of fatty alcohol for synthesizing N, N - dimethyl dodecy-lamine were briefly discussed. The results in laboratory tests showed that the proper catalyst load (based on amount of fatty alcohol) was 1.5% -3.5%, the proper reactive temperature was 190 - 210 t, especially, the reaction was carried at low temperature for a period of time before going to high temperature, i.e. 190 ℃/2 h,210 ℃/3 h. The proportion of hydrogen in mixed gas during reaction should not be too low. It was beneficial to this reaction that volume flux ratio of hydrogen to N. N - dimethylamine was about 1.
