摘要
以基本测量和衍射光栅实验为例,分别对等精度测量和不等精度测量的误差进行分析,阐述了数据处理方法,从而保证了实验数据的准确性和精确度.
On the basis of the experiments of basic measurement and diffraction grating,the error of equal precision measurement and unequal precision measurement is respectively analysed,and the methods of data processing are set forth. It can ensure the accuracy of experimental data.
