摘要
研究了布洛芬对番茄插条生根、扦插苗生长及苗质的影响 .结果表明 ,适宜浓度的布洛芬能有效地促进番茄插条生根 ,增加生根数和根干重 ,提高根系活力 ;并能促进扦插苗生长 ,增加茎叶干重 ,提高苗的质量 ,布洛芬的最适作用浓度为 1 0 0 0mg·L 1 .
The effect of the Ibuprofen on root-taking of the cutting of Lycopersicon esculentum,growth and quality of the shoot of L.esculentum was studied.The results showed that proper concentration of Ibuprofen can clearly promote the root-taking and growing,add root-numbers and root-drying weight,increase the vigor of root system.The compound can also improve the shoot′s drying weight and quality.The optimum concentration of Ibuprofen is 1 000mg·L -1 .
