摘要
采用化学沉淀法制备了固体酸H2 SO4/SiO2 ,并将其应用于合成DOP .考察了固体酸催化剂的制备条件及其对酯化反应的影响 .实验结果表明 ,每克SiO2 用 1 0mL ,浓度为 0 .5mol·L- 1的硫酸浸泡 0 .5h ,30 0℃下活化 3h ,制得的固体酸H2 SO4/SiO2 催化剂催化活性高 ,选择性好 ,酯化反应速率快 。
This solid acid H 2SO 4/SiO 2 was synthesized and used to catalyze the DOP synthesis.The preparation conditions of the catalyst and the factors which influence the esterification were studied.The result of the experiment showed that SiO 2(lg) was dipped in the 10mL 0.5mol.L -1 of H 2SO 4 for 0.5h,and sintered at 300℃ for 3h to produce the solid acid H 2SO 4/SiO 2.The catalyst has high catalytic activity and perfect selectivity,meanwhile,the speed of esterification is fast and the yield of DOP is high.
