摘要
[目的 ]评价运动状态下不同活动类型的体力负荷。 [方法 ]随机抽取 8名 2 0~ 3 0岁年龄组健康男性大学生作为研究对象 ,自统一早餐后 1h起 ,研究对象分别完成 7种类型活动 :静坐、行走 (80步 /min、10 0步 /min、13 0步 /min)、爬楼梯 (70阶 /min、90阶 /min、13 0阶 /min) ,每种活动类型测试 3~ 6min ,每项活动测试前 ,均应保证研究对象脉搏数恢复至静坐前水平 ,测试者采用K4b2 系统 (Cosmed ,罗马 ,意大利 )遥测模式测定氧耗量 (VO2 )、心率 (HR)、每分通气量 (VE)、单位体重氧耗量 (VO2 /kg)、能量代谢率 (EEkc)、单位体重能量代谢率 (EEkg)、单位体表面积能量代谢率 (EEbas)、代谢当量 (METS)等体力负荷评价指标。采用随机区组方差分析、Spearman等级相关分析和Pearson相关分析对不同活动类型体力负荷进行评价。 [结果 ]活动类型与体力负荷评价指标之间、体力负荷评价指标两两之间均有相关性 (P <0 0 1) ;从静坐、行走 (80步 /min、10 0步 /min、13 0步 /min)至爬梯 (70阶 /min、90阶 /min、13 0阶 /min) ,随着活动类型由静到动、活动速度由慢到快 ,VO2 、HR、VE、VO2 /kg、EEkc、EEkg、EEbas、METS等均表现出逐渐增高的趋势 ,并且差异有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1) ;同一活动随时间延长 ,VO2 、HR、
The purpose of the study is to appraise the workload and evaluation indices in the dynamic state. Eight healthy male undergraduates aged from 20 to 30 years volunteerly participated in this study. The subjects completed the seven different activities after breakfast. The indices including VE,VO 2,HR,VO 2/kg,EEkc,EEkg,EEbas,METS for each activity were continuously monitored for 5 min by means of K4 b 2 telemetry system. Every subject should resume his pulse to the level at rest (sitting) before the next activity starts. Two way analysis of variance(two way ANOVA) for randomized block design,Pearson correlation and Spearman correlations were used to evaluate the workload. The correlations between activities and VE,VO 2,HR, VO 2/kg ,EEkc,EEkg,EEbas,METS and the correlation among indices were highly significant ( P <0 01). With the change of the activities from static to dynamic and the increase in the speed,VE,VO 2,HR,VO 2/kg,EEkc,EEkg,EEbas,METS show the ascending trends ( P <0 01). However,with the increase in time,HR rose more gently than others for the same activity. As regard the coefficient of variance,the coefficient of variance was the lowest for HR among all indices for the different activities and the highest for VO 2. [Conclusion] These results suggest that VO 2,HR,VE,VO 2/kg,EEkc,EEkg,EEbas and METS can better reflect the workload in the dynamic state,however,VO 2 is more suitable for assessing the workload in workplace.
