摘要
利用鼓泡塔的数学模型,对一步法乙烯氧化生产乙醛的反应装置进行了模拟计算;讨论了改变气相压力以提高生产能力的可能性.计算结果表明,模拟计算值与实测数据拟合较好.系统压力比目前规定值提高0.2—0.3kg/cm^2,工艺上可行,产量增加10%以上.
One-stage reaction process of acetaldehyde by the oxidation of
ethylene is simulated using a mathematical model of the bubble co-
lumn.The feasibility of increasing the production capacity with chang-
ing the pressure of gas phase is discussed.The calculating results
in dicate that it is better fitter for the computing value of simulation
with the actually measured data.The system pressure is increased than
the value specified at the present by 0.2-0.3kg/cm^2.The technologiocal
process is feasible and the output of production goes up by more than
10 percent.
