摘要
使用SWOT法全面分析民办高校的优势、劣势、机会和威胁 ,对民办高校的发展战略进行了多角度的思考 ,并提出了民办高校可选择的四种战略 :上层次战略、差异化战略、联合化战略和集中化战略。
By means of SWOT, this article gives a multi-angle consideration for the developmental strategy of the private universities on the basis of an overall analysis of their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The author puts forth 4 optional strategies: levelling strategy, differentiated strategy, unified strategy and centralized strategy.
