摘要
本文介绍了应用同步工程,在较短的时间内从分析推杆损坏原因入手,在试验的基础上,确定最佳方案,并实现大量流水生产,从而解决了CA6102发动机推杆易损坏的质量问题。
This paper presents the process oh using the simultaneous engineering, from analysis of cause of damaged push rod, to trial-producing and tes of several kinds of push rod in a short period. On the basis of the process the best version was selected and put into mass production, thus the qualily problem of the CA6102 engine push rod was solved.
