摘要
本文介绍了运用高速单次摄影装置研究涡流室式柴油机喷油系统循环喷雾贯穿的不均匀性、批量生产的油嘴喷雾贯穿的不稳定性,并在实际L195柴油机上进行性能对比实验及示功图测试,分析喷雾贯穿度改变对整机性能的影响。
The cycle-to-cycle variation of fuel spray penetration in a swirl chamber type diesel engine, the penetration unevenness of the ZS4S1 nozzles in the same batch etc, were investigated by high-speed single sparkle photography device. In addition, the effect of spray penetration variation on engine performance was evaluated, by engine performance test and P-V diagram analysis in a L195 diesel engine.
