摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆囊破裂的原因和所引起的并发症以及预防的方法。 方法 回顾分析 15 8例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。 结果 本组病例胆囊破裂率 13 3% (2 1/15 8) ,破裂组戳口感染率 4 7% (1/ 2 1) ,非破裂组戳口感染率 1 4 6 % (2 / 137)。 (χ2 =9 70 31,P <0 0 1) 结论 严格掌握适应证 ,正确合理的操作及熟练的手术技巧是防止胆囊破裂的保证 ,可降低术后并发症。
Objective To study the cause of gallbladder rupture during laparoscopic cholecystectomy and its complications as well as prevention. Methods 158 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were reviewed retrospectively. Results The rate of gallbladder rupture during laparoscopic cholecystectomy was 13.3%(21/158).The rate of wound infection was 4.7%(1/21) in the group of gallbladder rupture and 1.46%(2/137) in the group of no gallbladder rupture.There was a significant difference (χ 2=9 7031, P <0 01). Conclusions Sound indications and manipulation and skillful performance are critical factors to prevent gallbladder rupture during operation and so minimize the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
