摘要
本文论述了汽车发动机组合油环的设计方法、材料和热处理等,并对该组合油环进行了大量的台架试验、道路试验和使用试验。试验结果表明该组合油环在控制机油消耗率、缸简磨损和组合油环磨损等方面均取得了满意的结果,在CA6102发动机上得到了广泛的应用。
Design method, material and heat treatment for automotive engine oil ring with coil expander are described. Many engine bench tests, road tests and service tests were conducted on the oil ring. The test results indicated that the controlling of oil consumption, wear of cylinder and the oil ring were satisfactory. The Developed oil ring has been adopted on the CA6102 gasoline engine.
