摘要
本文以CA6102发动机气缸盖燃烧室为例,详细介绍了在新产品开发中应用CAM的全过程,并通过与传统的加工方式进行比较,证明了CAM具有提高生产率、减轻劳动强度、保证产品质量、缩短生产周期等特点,为新产品开发提供了一个现代化的加工手段。
Taking the development of combustion chamber of CA6102 engine as an example, the application of CAM to the new product development is presented. Comparing with the traditional machining ways, CAM shows the features of increasing productivity, reducing labour intensity ensuring product quality and shortening production cycle etc. CAM provides a modern meachining means for developing new products.
