摘要
在过去 1 0年中 ,内河运输量增长迅速 ,然而内河运输船舶的发展却很不平衡 .文中根据中华人民共和国交通部内河运输发展战略目标和关于内河运力结构调整的意见 ,分析了中国内河不同流域和地区运力结构、吨位和技术条件的差异 ,评价了运力结构调整对内河运输的经济影响 ,进而提出应尽快淘汰老旧船舶 ,采用新型船舶 。
In the past ten years, the freight volume of inland waterway transportation had developed rapidly, but the development of IWT vessels is extremely imbalanced. According to MOC's(The Ministry of Communications) strategic objectives of IWT development and the opinions on IWT capacity structure regulation, this paper analyzes the differences among fleet structure, tonnage and technical condition in different valleys and areas of China, evaluates the economic impacts of capacity structure improvement on IWT, and finally suggests that actions should be taken as early as possible to eliminate old vessels and to adopt new vessels, and to take relevant environment protective measures.
