双马来酰亚胺改性酚醛树脂的合成研究 被引量:14

摘要 本文合成了烯丙基醚化酚醛树脂 ,并与双马来酰亚胺共聚 ,通过FTIR和DTA进行了性能表征。研究结果表明合成的改性树脂具有优异的耐热性 ,热分解温度达到 469℃ ,具有合适的软化点 ,适用于超硬材料树脂磨具热压成型工艺。 Allyl ether phenolic resin was synthesised ,then it was copolymerized with bismaleimide.Its properties were characterized by FTIR and DTA. The study result showed that phenolic resin modified by bismaleimide had excellent heat resistance ,and the heat decomposition temperature came up to 469℃. In addition ,the resin had suitable softening point,which could be used in resin abrasive products with heat press.
