可降解磷酸钙生物陶瓷研究的进展 被引量:2

摘要 磷酸钙类陶瓷的成分与骨矿物组成类似 ,生物相容性好 ,被视为典型的生物陶瓷。本文综述了多孔生物陶瓷的制备工艺 ,同时介绍了对生物降解陶瓷主要的研究方法 ,包括体外模拟实验及体内埋植实验。最后总结了国内外关于生物降解陶瓷研究的理论成果。 Calcium phosphate ceramic is regarded as a kind of typical bioceramics because of its excellent biocompatibility and similar composition with bone mineral.This characteristic is related to not only the chemistry component crystal phase and configuration of material but also some biology factors such as the individual difference of implanted person,implanted position and its contiguity with bone and so on.At present the main study methods are adopting the simulated experiment out body and implanted experiment in body to understand the biodegradation mechanism and process of this material by observing the variety of the structure,performance and component of this material.On this base a new excellent biomaterial could be found.
