摘要
就业制度的改革,为大学生提供了良好的机遇和施展自己才华的舞台。针对一些大学生在择业时产生的心理问题,从五个方面提出了解决对策,旨在帮助大学生成功就业。
Reform of employment provides a good chance for college students to display their abilities.The article analyse the psychological problems in job-hunting and puts forward the strategies to deal with them from five aspects,which aims to help college students find job successfully.
