摘要
对长丝包芯纱的包覆量在理论上作了分析并导出了计算式,长丝越细,理论最小包覆量越大;实际包覆量应大于理论最小包覆量,当包覆量适当时,外包纤维能得到较充分的利用。
The article analyses theorically the covering amount of filament core-spun yarns, and puts forward the calculation fomula, the more finer the filament is, the more the minimum of the theorical covering amount would be, the actual covering amount is more than the theorical covering amount. When the covering amount is reasonable, the outer fiber could be made full of use.
