摘要
龙薯 3号系龙岩市农科所于 1996年在岩薯 5号的茎尖组培突变体中选育而成 ,并通过了抗病性鉴定及 3种同工酶电泳分析比较 ,证实了突变体龙薯 3号与变异母体岩薯 5号间的差异 ,2 0 0 2年通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种具有高产、优质、高抗蔓割病的特点 ,更为重要的是 ,它薯形均匀美观、色泽鲜艳 ,类胡萝卜素和Vc含量高 ,氨基酸总含量较高 ,适宜作为食用保健型甘薯品种 ,商品性较高 。
Longshu 3 was developed from mutants of Yanshu 5 by means of meristem-tip culture. The difference between Longshu 3 and Yanshu 5 was corroborated by resistance evaluation and isoenzyme analysis. Longshu 3 was approved by the Fujian Crop Variety Examination Committee in 2002. The variety performs well with the characters of high yield, good quality, high resistance to Fusarrium oxysporum f. sp. batatas. It has a high marketable value with its captivating root shape, equal root size and desirable root color. And Longshu 3 has high contents of beta-carotene, vitamin C and total amino acid. So it is a suitable sanitarian sweet- potato variety and has a boundless prospect for extension and utilization.
