摘要
面子是影响人们日常行为的重要的社会心理现象 ,面子的认可会影响生产博弈的战略选择 ,而标准博弈论只研究人的经济行为而忽视了社会心理———面子对人行为的影响 ,这势必会影响博弈均衡预测人的行为的准确性。本文通过建立面子互动的博弈均衡模型 ,研究面子博弈与生产博弈的连接对促进组织合作的作用。
Face is an important social psychology phenomenon w hich affect peoples daily behavior. Acceptance of face has an impact on choice of strategy in production game. But standard game theory study only human econom ic behavior,but ignore the effect of face on human behavior. In this paper,we de velope a game model based on face interaction and study how the linking of face game and production game promotes cooperation in organization.
