摘要
在我国住房体制改革进入纵深阶段,特别是要将房地产业培育成国民经济的支柱产业和新的经济增长点的关头,如何利用有效的金融政策和金融工具,特别是在西方发达国家成功运用的房地产投资信托工具达到这一目的,是一个迫切需要探讨的问题。为此,本文结合国外房地产投资信托的发展,就如何发展我国房地产投资信托并促进房地产业和住房产业的发展,提出相应的设想。
The reform of the real estates system in China is moving towards a state of continuous and further development. In particular, it is planned that the real estates industry should become a part of the nation' s e-conomy and a source of economic growth. How to achieve the goals, making efficient use of financial policies and instruments such as real estates trusteeship which has been successfully implemented in many developed countries, is a question worth consideration. This paper, therefore, provides an overview of the development of investment trusteeship for real estates in foreign countries, and puts forwards a number of proposals regarding the development of the investment trusteeship and the promotion of real estates business in China.
